"It is the flash of a firefly in the night.
It is the breath of a buffalo in the winter time.
It is the little shadow which runs across the grass                                and loses itself in the sunset."

When all our battles are over and we are at the end.  We sit and
contemplate what we have done with our lives,
thinking of the "could have beens" or "should have dones."

I have the feeling that all things are laid out in the book of Time
and we cannot change that course.   All the wishing does not
change this course, we strive to be the best we can.  We are
here to learn from the hardships of life and go to the next plain,
if we did not develop in one lifetime we suffer greater trials in
the next.  I feel I am an old soul, that I have surfed this plain
before.  The memories of other times have come clearly in my
mind  like specters of the past.

I have known the Light, however cannot recall passing through.
I do not fear this transformation called "Death" because I know
it is not final, that we go on into infinity with the Light.

We are nothing but a spark in this universe, or a puff of smoke
                                       on a passing breeze.
